1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all products sold by Enchanted Whispers Ltd ("we", "us", "our") via our website https://enchantedwhispers.co.uk/, Etsy, TikTok shop or at craft fairs. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All our products are handmade in small batches in Cumbria. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in colour, size and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Important safety warnings (all products):

* Not for consumption - None of our products are edible.

* Keep away from children & pets - Products contain small parts ( crystals, herbs) and essential oils.

* External use only - Bath soaks, soap and candles are not for internal use.

3. Orders and pricing

* Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

* We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will be honoured at the original price.

* Once you place an order, we will send an email confirmation. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

4. Payment 

We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe. Payments must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping

* UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (2-4 business days after processing).

* International orders are sent via Royal Mail International (3-5 Business days after processing).

* Processing time: 3-5 business days (handmade to order).

* You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

6. Return & Refunds

Due to the handmade, intention-based nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping). 

Lost Parcels:

If your parcel is lost in transit, please get in touch with us. Once Royal Mail confirms the loss, we will issue a refund or replacement.

7. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulation)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. However, due to hygiene and safety, we can not accept returns of:

* Soaps, bath soaks or herb sachets if the seal has been broken.

* Custom or personalised items.

* To cancel, email us at sales@enchantedwhispers.co.uk with your order number.

8. Liability

Our liability for any defective product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including allergic reactions- please read all ingredients and warnings before use.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
